The sales person (jeff), the credit specialist (Ping), the general manager, even the gentleman who helped me learn to work the autostart were wonderful. I have never been so impressed by a dealerships professionalism or helpfulness. Unfortunately i needed to bring my new Matrix in to have a chip in my window fixed. The service guy that helped me was outstanding. He informed me of what was going on and my vehicle was ready in record time. He was knowledgable and found someone to revisit how the autostart worked with my manual transmission as I found it difficult to work. He even managed to find a dog treat for my puppy who had accompanied me to the appointment. My puppy definitely approved. I didn't want to complete this survey after my original purchase as everyone is usually on their best behaviour when you are buying. But i can now comfortable say that I'm thoroughly amazed at the quality experiences Ive received at Country Hills Toyota Scion. When my husband comes home from Afghanistan next year he will be looking to buy a new truck. Without a doubt there is nowhere else he would go but Country Hills."
